Release Notes

News in 1.2.6

You can now create permalinks to images by giving the anchor element an id in the ad-thumb-list list.
AD Gallery now updates window.location.hash to the current image. If you wish to turn that off, you can set update_window_hash to false, like this:
var galleries = $('.ad-gallery').adGallery({update_window_hash: false});
Important! Previous releases checked for an image index in window.location.hash after ad-image, and 1.2.6 now expects ad-image-[index or id]. That is, you could previously create a link like this: <a href="#ad-image3"> to link to the fourth image. This now looks like this: <a href="#ad-image-3"> or, if you're using an id: <a href="#ad-image-myanchorid">.
Please see the example file which includes an example of how to link to an image, both by index and id.

Dynamically add and remove images
AD Gallery now lets you add or remove images after the gallery has instantiated. The syntax looks like this:
var galleries = $('.ad-gallery').adGallery();
galleries[0].addImage("images/thumbs/t7.jpg", "images/7.jpg");
addImage() has four arguments, thumburl, imageurl, imageid (used for permalinks), title and description. Only thumburl and image_url are mandatory.
removeImage() takes an image index, so you pass 3 to remove the fourth image.
Please see the example file which both adds and removes images.
