Just a note on test results carried out to see how Google indexes images in the gallery. The answer is positive/tick/yes. We loaded an example of a house extension on a client's website. We exclusively used the coffeescripter gallery code.
The images have been indexed and appear in Google image results.
For example (July 2012): "Oldham Luxury Extension" brings up two of the images in results positions 2 and 3. These images are not linked to from elsewhere on boarshurst.co.uk. Clicking the Google image results takes you through to the relevant
gallery page, as anticipated.
This provides us with evidence that it is safe to use the gallery as part of a search optimisation strategy for clients. Just thought we'd feed that back.
